Honest about what it does
Every part of Practice Managed you read about here is built and working. The pictures on this website are real screens, and we say when a practice or a name is only an example. If something is not built, we do not sell it.
Practice Managed exists to take the administrative half of accreditation off your desk, and to leave behind a record that stands up when somebody asks to see it.
Most practices assemble their accreditation evidence in the fortnight before a survey. Policies are found, dates are reconstructed, staff are chased for signatures on documents they read some time last year, and somebody loses a weekend to it.
None of that work makes the practice safer. The policies were already being followed; what was missing was the paper trail proving it. So the trail should be a by-product of doing the work rather than a separate job that comes due every three years.
That is the whole idea. Write the policy once, publish it, and let the version numbers, the acknowledgements and the training records accumulate on their own.

Staff cannot see drafts because the data layer will not return them, not because a button is hidden. A policy with history cannot be destroyed because the database refuses, not because the interface discourages it. Guarantees that depend on nobody making a mistake are not guarantees.
Policies written to the RACGP Standards, your data kept in Australia, and overdue dates judged on your practice's own calendar rather than a server's timezone. General practice here has its own rules, and software built for somewhere else shows.
We would rather hear about the compliance job that is currently eating your week than guess at it.
